Computer Image provide first level
helpdesk support to all staff in the village administration and sales
offices, to construction site managers and to senior management and
directors who are constantly on the move from site to site.
Remote control techniques and
experienced helpdesk operators ensure Living Choice staff get the assistance
they need, when they need it.
Grounds & Gardens (Customer since 2001)
Since its establishment in 1995,
Grounds &
Gardens has developed a national reputation as a specialist in the
commercial sector for horticultural maintenance construction and management
services.
Computer Image provides first level helpdesk support to all the staff
within the organisation. This includes staff in offices outside of South
Australia and also includes supporting staff when they travel interstate and
overseas. With the use of remote control tools and virtual private
networking techniques, Grounds & Gdns know they can be supported from
anywhere.
Computer Image providing weekly reporting to management to ensure any
training issues or faulty equipment can be identified and resolved quickly.
Oil Drilling and Exploration Limited (ODE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of
Australian Oil & Gas Corporation Limited, a public company listed on the
Australian Stock Exchange (refer web site
http://www.austoilgas.com.au). It
was incorporated in New South Wales, Australia, in 1954, to provide contract
oil and gas drilling and workover services in Australia and overseas. It has
a number of subsidiaries which carry out the domestic and overseas operations
of the ODE Group.
Since 1954, ODE has been supplying drilling and workover services in many
parts of the world. It currently owns 21 onshore drilling rigs and 5 onshore
workover units and has a 50% interest in two onshore rigs in Argentina. Of
these 28 rigs, 12 are in Australia and 16 are overseas.
Computer Image provide semi-regular helpdesk support to assist OD&E's IT
staff for anything ranging from troubleshooting PC problems to installing and
upgrading their fleet of file/print servers. As part of this, we have been
able to provide support to their interstate offices in Sydney and Toowoomba,
as well as to international offices, such as in Jakarta, Indonesia using
remote-control tools to administer servers and desktop PC's.
