The AutoSignature Generator is a
tool designed to allow you to generate your own customised signatures based
on a common set of templates.
You simply create your create your
customised Template files based on your corporate document standards or ask
our Graphics Department to assist you.
Once the Autosignature Generator
program is installed on all your workstations (a small easy install program
that uses minimual resources), your users simply run the program, fill in
their personal details (or these are filled in automatically from details
stored on your server), and the Outlook Signature is created for them.
Some of our customers have also used
this tool to ensure all emails are sent with a disclaimer and have included
this into their template files.
More recent updates to the software
have provided many new features, in particular for distribution to larger
