How it helps us to help you

By providing this additional information it helps us to help you as efficiently as possible:

  • When you need the request handled by - helps us schedule tasks so that urgent and high priority tasks are handled more rapidly.  This also tells us your expectation of a time frame;
  • How many people are affected - helps us identify where to start looking for the problem and in some cases allows us to start troubleshooting the problem before calling you back;
  • If you have contacted Computer Image about this before - we can then lookup any history for the task and review what previous action has been taken regarding this problem.  Our efforts can then be focused on the next steps to be taken to get you a resolution as quickly as possible.

But can't I just call or email?

Sure!  No problems.  Our systems can cope with incoming requests in any format.

The best rule-of-thumb is:

  • if it's urgent - call the helpdesk support number of 0500 500 253 or (08) 8150 6150 and log the job!  Urgent jobs received this way get the highest priority.
